Senior year wrapping up
I figured I would share a little about what I have on my plate as a senior who is graduating soon. Right now in class we are intensely attacking a series of team projects, presentations, and hands on work. It’s different from other majors in a sense because we aren’t taking many exams and writing papers. I like this though! I’m way more of a show and tell type of person than I am of trying to show my skills through an exam. But don’t think we have it easy! These projects and presentations we do are all formal, complex, and graded strictly. Our professors are preparing us in the most real way possible for what the working world will throw at us. As mentioned before in previous posts, I just got back from a 2 week internship in California. Besides school work, I’m in spring golf, working part time at Enger golf course, and am studying for my Registered Health Information Administator exam following graduation. My advice and personal goals for this spring are to stay focused, positive, and balanced so I can finish the year out confident and prepared.
