    Halle's Bio:
Hello, my name is Halle Nystrom and I'm a grad student at the College of St. Scholastica (I also did my undergrad here). I chose Duluth because it's the perfect amount of distance from home, which is about a 4.5 hour drive for me. I think Duluth is an easy place to adapt to and to fall in love with at the same time. Please feel free to comment on my posts and ask any questions!

3rd week wrap up!

I officially have 3 weeks of grad school under my belt and it feels good! I am really enjoying my class on United States healthcare delivery because it encorporates world health care aspects as well. We have been reading about health in communities and global health. It’s nice to have a focus on two huge areas of healthcare to compare and contrast key concepts. Learning about this broad topic has helped me understand the health care system in America better. I think this could be a good class for anyone to take. Learning about your healthcare system can be very beneficial. It can help decide what you agree with and don’t agree with, help you manage your own healthcare and even your families, and help you understand how billing and insurance works. So far, I’m very happy with this class!
