    Gabi's Bio:
I love being considered a “city girl” although St. Paul seems small to me sometimes. I chose to come to Duluth for aesthetic reasons and the sense of community that Scholastica embodies. Being in three clubs, a student senator, full credit load, and two part time jobs, I keep myself very busy. I wouldn't trade it for anything! We need to take advantage of the prime time in our life. These four years go by faster than high school, and I’m just trying to enjoy every moment of it!

Coldplay… the best band of all time!

Yes, that is right. Coldplay is the best. I finally got to see them in concert on Friday. It worked out perfectly because I was going home anyways, and now there really was a reason. My roommate Rebecca and I went together, because we’re both avid Coldplay fans. It was definitely the best experience of my life so far. When we walked in they gave us these bracelets to wear during the concert. They were all different colors, and lit up during the more upbeat songs. Mine was pink! It was so bright and wonderful. During a few of their songs they also dropped confetti from the ceiling and had confetti cannons. They also had these big blow up figures that were in various shapes and lit up!!!! Spectacular!! I have been obsessed with them since a young age, and to finally see them perform was the cherry on top of my summer! They played ALL of the classics and a few from Viva la Vida along with Mylo Xyloto. The only song that I wanted them to play that they left out was “Strawberry Swing”. It didn’t matter though, because Coldplay is amazing.
