I am a senior majoring in communication and minoring in photography. The College of St. Scholastica has been a great place for me to be throughout my college journey. I am fascinated by the world and am currently studying abroad at Regent's University London in England. I live for the little things and the adventures I stumble upon everyday. In my free time I enjoy practicing yoga, listening to and writing music, taking pictures, and exploring.

Yoga at Evolve

I spent part of this past summer in Duluth. Shortly before the fall semester began, I gave Evolve, a hot yoga and spin class studio downtown, a try. I really found a liking for it. The studio was great, and I really enjoyed the classes there. I continued going to Evolve through the month of September, but didn’t go the rest of fall semester due to being very busy with my classes and work. I missed going to classes quite a bit.

I recently began going to Evolve again after purchasing a month-long membership. I’ve been going with some friends, and I am really happy to be back there. They have a wide variety of class times on each day of the week, which makes it very easy to work into my schedule.

Yoga is something I do to establish a more calm state of mind, to re-energize, to relax, and to maintain an active life style. The studio is just below the Tycoons restaurant downtown. It is a bit of a drive from campus, but for me it’s worth it.
