I am a senior majoring in communication and minoring in photography. The College of St. Scholastica has been a great place for me to be throughout my college journey. I am fascinated by the world and am currently studying abroad at Regent's University London in England. I live for the little things and the adventures I stumble upon everyday. In my free time I enjoy practicing yoga, listening to and writing music, taking pictures, and exploring.

The Stars and the Moon

Sunday evening, I worked at Canal Park Brewing Company. I had parked close to the Fitger’s complex, which meant I would have to walk a distance on my own after work in the dark. My shift ended around the same time as my friends’ did, Ellie and Noah. We all were headed the same direction, so we walked together on the Lakewalk. It was very dark, so I was glad to have some company. Although my phone camera did not do it any justice at all, the moon was extraordinary. It glowed a bright orange and appeared larger than I had ever seen it before. It graced the surface of the Lake with its light, and I could not have been more amazed. Duluth is always reminding me how lovely it is to be alive.
