    Emily's Bio:
I am a senior majoring in communication and minoring in photography. The College of St. Scholastica has been a great place for me to be throughout my college journey. I am fascinated by the world and am currently studying abroad at Regent's University London in England. I live for the little things and the adventures I stumble upon everyday. In my free time I enjoy practicing yoga, listening to and writing music, taking pictures, and exploring.

Throughout my time at The College of St. Scholastica, I have learned that incredible things begin to happen when you follow your passions and make an effort to be successful in them. I have also learned nearly everything I know about photography through my minor studies there. Just last night, I photographed my first SoFar Sounds London show as a Volunteer Photographer. I will be shooting at least two shows per month for Sofar while I am in London; yay! I feel honored to be a part of something that appreciates and supports the community of music so widely around the world; they hosts shows in nearly 300 cities throughout the world. Sofar is something I wanted to share with my friends here, and they cannot get enough of the live music. We saw a brilliant band called Kawala play at a Sofar show this past Monday. I, now, have the opportunity to photograph them at their next two shows in London. I may not know what is coming next, but I do know that as long as I pursue my passions with a strong effort I will be successful in the world.
