    Emily's Bio:
I am a senior majoring in communication and minoring in photography. The College of St. Scholastica has been a great place for me to be throughout my college journey. I am fascinated by the world and am currently studying abroad at Regent's University London in England. I live for the little things and the adventures I stumble upon everyday. In my free time I enjoy practicing yoga, listening to and writing music, taking pictures, and exploring.

My Yoga Place

I have been on the search for yoga studios in London, and I have been blown away by my success thus far. The culture of the yoga practice here is spread all over the city, and it makes me happy. I feel incredibly lucky to be here in this city, now. My college experience has taken me on a wild journey of self discovery. Without finding my yoga practice, I am not sure I would have made it to my final semester. I found myself broken and feeling lost not long ago, and I have been working very hard to build myself back up. Involving myself in the things I have a passion for, such as writing, photography, music, theatre, the outdoors, and beyond, has given me the chance to truly live again. I owe most of my happiness now to my yoga practice, for it has helped me see the importance of the little things in life again. Through my outstanding undergraduate course in Communication, I have been able to continue my self growth and become the person I was meant to be: not the perfect image of who I had imagined in my past but someone who honors their soul and being from the inside out. These ideas in mind, I feel confident I will find success after graduation this December.
