    Emily's Bio:
I am a senior majoring in communication and minoring in photography. The College of St. Scholastica has been a great place for me to be throughout my college journey. I am fascinated by the world and am currently studying abroad at Regent's University London in England. I live for the little things and the adventures I stumble upon everyday. In my free time I enjoy practicing yoga, listening to and writing music, taking pictures, and exploring.

Missing Nature

This summer has been incredibly busy, but it has also been great. Although I have not made it outside as much as I would have liked to, I know that everything I have done and have been a part of were absolutely worth my time and energy. I have been working about fifty hours per week for most of June and July. Through that, I have gained so much experience in the working world and learned, again, what it truly means to work. I have about one month until I leave for London now. In the next four-and-a-half weeks, I will work two more weeks as a nanny and as a host/food-runner at Canal Park Brewing Company. The other two weeks will be spent working as a sea kayaking guide in the Apostle Islands, so I will most definitely be receiving my dose of the outdoors here shortly. The wild awaits, and I am ready.
