    Emily's Bio:
I am a senior majoring in communication and minoring in photography. The College of St. Scholastica has been a great place for me to be throughout my college journey. I am fascinated by the world and am currently studying abroad at Regent's University London in England. I live for the little things and the adventures I stumble upon everyday. In my free time I enjoy practicing yoga, listening to and writing music, taking pictures, and exploring.

London’s Literature

Today, I had one course to attend: London’s Literature. I cannot believe how intrigued I am by the material already after just two meetings. We are examining the history of London through literary works of art. This week, we read Daniel Defoe; he¬†wrote a fictional account of the bubonic plague. This coming week we will be reading Charles Dickens’ Bleak House. Already, I feel like I am getting to know my new city better and finding a new appreciation of the history here.
