I am a senior majoring in communication and minoring in photography. The College of St. Scholastica has been a great place for me to be throughout my college journey. I am fascinated by the world and am currently studying abroad at Regent's University London in England. I live for the little things and the adventures I stumble upon everyday. In my free time I enjoy practicing yoga, listening to and writing music, taking pictures, and exploring.

Life Lessons

The time I’ve spent at The College of St. Scholastica has allowed me to learn some valuable life lessons. One I’ve had to learn is how to balance my worry with peace. In the beginning, I did not know how to control my worries and found myself stressed, anxious, and nervous all of the time. The past three years have been a journey for me to rediscover peace from the inside out. With the support of my family, friends, and a specific counselor at CSS, I have found my balance. My family’s love helped me persevere, my vulnerability in forming relationships with my friends helped me learn to trust, and finding an understanding of my worries and anxiety with the guidance of my counselor helped me feel true happiness again for the first time in years. For this, I am forever grateful. Not only has my college journey provided me with an extraordinary education thus far, it has also helped me rediscover what it means to be alive.
