Happiness, Friends, and Art

My Friday has been filled with happiness, friends, and art. I began my day with a morning meditation alongside my friend, Mel. Then, my friend Jonny joined the two of us for a trip to The Snooty Fox Tea Shop. We, of course, all ordered tea and spent a few hours there sharing a chat and a decent amount of laughs.

I spent the majority of my evening at Prove Gallery in downtown Duluth, where the 2016 CSS Art Exhibition was brought to life. I felt honored to have my work hanging there, framed, and among such talented artists.

After admiring the art at Prove, I ventured over to The Red Herring Lounge with my friend Cam, who I had not seen in ages. We ran in to a friend of hers on the way, and he joined us. It was loads of fun to chat, catch up, and meet new people. We were also pleasantly surprised by the talented Minneapolis band playing there. My friend Cam is a very talented artist, and she shared a small piece of her work with me tonight. And, I love it; I love being able to share artwork and inspiration.
