Einstein Bros for Lunch

I picked up Einstein Bros for lunch today on my way out after class. It’s located in the Science Building just a few steps away from the Benedictine Commons; a place commonly filled by many students.

I had tried the bagels there several times before, and liked them quite a lot. I’d never had lunch there before, so I decided to let myself indulge. I ordered a salmon-bagel sandwich, and chose to have it made on an everything bagel. On the sandwich there were vegetables, the salmon, and a cream cheese spread. It was very good; I would definitely order lunch there again someday.

Einstein Bros was a new addition to campus this year amongst the other food service changes, and I’ve really enjoyed the place so far. If you’re not up for a bagel or a bagel sandwich, there are plenty of other options to choose from: plenty of coffee beverages, juices, pre-made sandwich wraps, muffins, fruit, yogurt parfaits, smoothies, cookies and treats, and more.
