City Life
The hustle and bustle of this city is greater than any I have ever known. The flow of people, rush of traffic, endless chatter, and bouncing minds, are like an ever-present thunderstorm of human life, worthy of my attention at every pssst and holler. I am unable to ignore the business of it all, as I am part of the business myself. I crave it, yet it tires me all in the same. London is a happy place for me, but I have had to balance this new city life with plenty of mindfulness, yoga, and peace. I have found my peace in noticing the little things, like the way the green leaves of a plant stick out against the overcast sky. While we may all appear to be a part of this giant, clustered mess that is a twisted combination of wandering souls, we all truly have a purpose here. Every ounce of this busy city has a purpose, a determined direction.
