Although for the past two years I have been listed as a history major, I am a GCL major. I am from Canada; Thunder Bay if you want to be exact and yes, I am actually one of the only Canadians you will find who does not play hockey. I work at the front desk of the Burns Wellness Commons I have two of the greatest jobs ever and I even get to play my favorite sport here full time being on the tennis team. I'm looking forward to a great start to my junior year.

Prepping for a long day

When you’re a college athlete, you need to be prepared to be busy. All the time. For example tomorrow I have practice at 6:30am followed by class, work, class, and lifting for tennis. Being a college athlete is great and a fantastic way to make friends, but you just need to be ready to give up certain aspects of your life for it. If you can do that it is totally worth it. Even though it’s worth it I still plan on being
really tired by the end of tomorrow.
