    Courtney's Bio:
I'm an Elementary Education major at CSS. I also plan to minor in Spanish. Having done PSEO, I came to CSS with more than 60 credits. I'm part of Volunteers Involved Through Action (VITA), Students Today Leaders Forever (STLF), and other clubs! Dance has been part of my life for 10 years, and now I'm trying to fit it into my schedule again. I love spending time watching Supernatural and Once Upon a Time, and reading Harry Potter and other great books. I live in a suite with 3 other girls, and we are always finding something fun to do around campus!

On-Campus 4 Bedroom Perks

I love finally having my own bedroom! Last year I felt like my room wasn’t actually my room, but just a place I got to sleep. I didn’t really have a home base and I just had to hop around anywhere to find my own space. For an only child, that took a LOT to get used to. I didn’t actually ever get used to it. I love, love, love having my own bedroom. In my bedroom I have a desk, just like any other year, but I actually use it! Now that I don’t have another person to consider with study times or lights, I have more study place freedom. I can wake up at 6 am and start working on an assignment I need to accomplish, or I can sit at my desk until midnight. Also, I don’t have to worry about anyone snoring and waking me up all the time like last year. I can control the whole room’s color, my boyfriend can sleepover whenever, I can keep the blinds open for the natural light in the morning, the list of perks just goes on and on and on.
