    Courtney's Bio:
I'm an Elementary Education major at CSS. I also plan to minor in Spanish. Having done PSEO, I came to CSS with more than 60 credits. I'm part of Volunteers Involved Through Action (VITA), Students Today Leaders Forever (STLF), and other clubs! Dance has been part of my life for 10 years, and now I'm trying to fit it into my schedule again. I love spending time watching Supernatural and Once Upon a Time, and reading Harry Potter and other great books. I live in a suite with 3 other girls, and we are always finding something fun to do around campus!

My Average Monday

I definitely have a lot going on during my Mondays. I usually drag myself out of bed at about 7:20, scramble to be ready and out the door by 7:40… Okay 7:45… Okay I’ve been cutting it close with 7:48 the past few times. I try to woof down a cereal bar on my walk, which is about 6 minutes to Tower. I take the elevator because I’m lazy/have hip and knee problems, and hop into class just as it’s starting at 7:59 or 8:01. Sometimes I have to print something off for Spanish so I leave at 7:40 for sure to get to Banner lab. Sometimes Banner runs out of paper early in the morning so I’ve started just going to the IT Lab on 2nd floor. After an hour of somehow attempting to conjugate and speak Spanish half-asleep, I run back to the apartment to grab whatever I forgot for the rest of the day. Because I always forget something. Usually it’s the lunch I prepped the night before, but simply forget to grab it as I headed out the door. Now I understand how mad moms get when their kids forget their lunch. Then I attempt to clean or study for Cosmics and actually read what I was supposed to, then I run off to a science class. During that I’m full awake hopefully by then. Afterward I have 10 minutes to book it up to my education classes where I’m in the same room from noon to 4… And this is why I have food with. After all these classes, I waddle back tired to my apartment and I resist the urge to get in pajamas and Netflix for the night. There’s still A.R.T. Club, dishes to do and preparation for field experience! This is why no one likes Mondays.
