LinkedIn Workshop
Today Career Services hosted a LinkedIn workshop! They also had one Tuesday, both covering the basics of LinkedIn and how to make our profiles perfect. I came in and grabbed some of the great food they had for us and listened to the person from Career Services talk about an hour. She explained to us the basics and big no-nos for LinkedIn and its networking opportunities. The second portion, she helped us individually with our profiles and answered any questions. This was open to all students, but there was only so many spots available. I’m super lucky to have gotten a spot, especially because I will have a free headshot taken Monday through this workshop.
