    Courtney's Bio:
I'm an Elementary Education major at CSS. I also plan to minor in Spanish. Having done PSEO, I came to CSS with more than 60 credits. I'm part of Volunteers Involved Through Action (VITA), Students Today Leaders Forever (STLF), and other clubs! Dance has been part of my life for 10 years, and now I'm trying to fit it into my schedule again. I love spending time watching Supernatural and Once Upon a Time, and reading Harry Potter and other great books. I live in a suite with 3 other girls, and we are always finding something fun to do around campus!

Lazy Day and Girls Night

Yesterday I decided was my lazy day. It was an intense week at work and I really needed to mellow out. I ended up my week with Friday doing two assignments due at 11:59. So yesterday, I slept in until 11:30, didn’t get out the shower until 1, and cooked and read all day. I decided to meal prep and try to make cauliflower Mac and cheese from scratch. It was a two hour process, but really therapeutic to do, not worrying about where I needed to be next or deadlines. I read a novel I got for Christmas. Our close friends who live in the bricks came over that night to watch movies. I always joke we have a “sister house”. We are two different apartments groups, but we’re a huge group of friends that do a lot of stuff together. I always say we should invite over our sister house for movies, dinner, etc. We watched White Chicks and made banana chocolate chip muffins. What a perfect day… Maybe the calm before the storm of finals?
