Dance has been part of my life for 10 years, and now I'm trying to fit it into my schedule again. First Girls Night Out!

So far the school year has been very slowly socially. I haven’t done many actual planned activities except with my boyfriend. It’s been field, work, class, work, field, work, class, paint, clean, paint, paint, paint…. You get the idea. So tonight a bunch of us girls, including two of my roommates, decided enough was enough to being shut ins who do their homework and we headed out to Olive Garden! I spent the day doing homework so it was definitely a good reward at the end of my day. We must have been at Olive Garden for two hours. It’s crazy too, because as freshman our conversations would have probably been way different. It’s so interesting to see how things like that develop. For instance, I’m pretty sure going out to Olive Garden meant gossiping about crazy things that happened, how we totally don’t understand “that one professor” there always is or the next social thing coming up. Tonight we talked, no discussed, things like Death with Dignity, Vegetarianism, and so many other topics. I love having people that I can goof off with, yet still have intellectual conversations with. After Olive Garden, we said our adieus and crawled back into the homework drive and laundry piles awaiting us. But hey, it was fun while it lasted!
