    Caitlin's Bio:
I’m an Advertising/Public Relations major with a concentration in production and design. I’m also minoring in management and marketing. I’m a social media assistant here at the College and love every second of it. Not only does it involve hands on experience in my major, but sets a great foundation for my future. I love to go out in Duluth and spend a lot time with some of my best friends and family. St. Scholastica has made such a huge impact on my life and I wouldn’t trade it for anything!

Working Out

Something has happened…I decided to work out again. I know I said on here how much I hate working out AND that’s still true. I’ve been doing this though since I first got home. I made the decision to be more active again just because of how crazy this summer is. Becky’s getting a biopsy on her thyroid today and between our animals health and a long distance relationships things have been nuts. I danced for a very, very long time. I used to be extremely active and my daily life consisted of working out and dance basically. It really hasn’t been that long since I was doing all that so this has been a breeze actually. I guess for a while there I just really didn’t want to do anything cause it was the first time I didn’t have to. Once my friends started getting on my case about working out, it really irritated me because I just don’t think it’s a place where people should give an opinion when it wasn’t wanted in the first place. I never said I wanted/needed to work out and getting those comments really made me not want to. But now I need something to forget about everything that’s going on and to stay busy. It’s helped a lot, now I miss dance again!
