    Caitlin's Bio:
I’m an Advertising/Public Relations major with a concentration in production and design. I’m also minoring in management and marketing. I’m a social media assistant here at the College and love every second of it. Not only does it involve hands on experience in my major, but sets a great foundation for my future. I love to go out in Duluth and spend a lot time with some of my best friends and family. St. Scholastica has made such a huge impact on my life and I wouldn’t trade it for anything!

Late Night Shopping

Tonight I decided last minute it was time to go get some more groceries. I mainly needed some eggs because I have been making hard boiled eggs LOTS lately. It is so, so convenient when you’re on the run or running late. I have oatmeal and two hard boiled eggs (most of the time) in the morning, which usually keeps me going late into the day. They’re such a fast and easy way to have protein. That was just a little tip on something to eat in the morning.

Anyways, my point to this is to shop at night. I am a night owl, of course, but it is so much quieter. Places in Duluth get insanely busy, especially Target. I like to pick up my bread, milk, and eggs there, but it can be so overwhelming with the large amounts of people that go there. Not to mention, I rarely use a cart so the struggle begins.

In my opinion, going to Cub later in the evening is much better and you can actually process what you’re doing. Most of us are broke, we can’t go when we’re starving before dinner or just rushing to get out of there fast, or else we’ll be  buying stuff we don’t need! This has just been something I picked up through the years and I like it best.
