    Caitlin's Bio:
I’m an Advertising/Public Relations major with a concentration in production and design. I’m also minoring in management and marketing. I’m a social media assistant here at the College and love every second of it. Not only does it involve hands on experience in my major, but sets a great foundation for my future. I love to go out in Duluth and spend a lot time with some of my best friends and family. St. Scholastica has made such a huge impact on my life and I wouldn’t trade it for anything!

I hate August!

I know I sound like a downer, but what the heck I am right now! I say this because every August I hit a point where I start worrying about school. It’s usually a slump I get into and I can’t help it. It doesn’t usually last long, but it’s still frustrating. I got used to being at home for the summer and it bothers me that just like that I’ll be leaving again. I’m definitely one of those people where things will bother me subconsciously, but I don’t realize it until something sets it off. I guess I hate admitting that leaving will upset me again because at the same time I am ready to get back! I definitely miss school, but I got into my routine at home. I like having structure in what I’m doing and for some reason I think that I won’t have that again, but literally that night I’m in the swing of things and I’m totally fine. When I tell myself that it helps a lot and I do just have to admit I get a little worried! Saying goodbye to your family sucks regardless, but I just dread it!
