    Caitlin's Bio:
I’m an Advertising/Public Relations major with a concentration in production and design. I’m also minoring in management and marketing. I’m a social media assistant here at the College and love every second of it. Not only does it involve hands on experience in my major, but sets a great foundation for my future. I love to go out in Duluth and spend a lot time with some of my best friends and family. St. Scholastica has made such a huge impact on my life and I wouldn’t trade it for anything!

Eating Good in School

As we all know we can get crazy busy during school and our eating habits just go to crap. I’m not some health freak or anything, but since I was just a baby I’ve always loved eating fruits and vegetables.

So I was starting to type this and left for like a good 5 hours because Brett’s out of town for hockey this weekend so I went and hung out with Grizzly. He’s the best cat in the world and my favoritest friend! Also, I decided to clean the kitchen, counters, stove, microwave, and the floor. The guys think it’s clean…but it’s really not.

Anyways back to maaah food! I got a crock pot a little while ago cause I was like YEAH I’M TOTALLY GONNA USE THIS ALL THE TIME. Well I don’t ha! So I had chicken thawing, but I just had no time to really use it so I threw it in the crock pot with a recipe we do at home and let me tell you it was amazing. It was so nice to have a meal like that in college. I’ll be using mine so much more now. I recommend them!

Just so you know, in the picture on the right that’s wild rice with some stuff in it, but it doesn’t really look like it.
