Mammalogist in field bio
Today we had a mammalogist come into our field biology classroom to educate us on her field of work. It was interesting to hear about all the surveys she does to estimate mammal populations in Minnesota. The part I enjoyed the most about listening to her speak was when she taught us about all the mammals that live in Minnesota. She showed us different animal skins and skulls ! Pictured is the skull of a Timber wolf. It was very insightful !
