    Cheyenne's Bio:
Hello hello, my name is Chey! I fully admit that I am an over achiever and a slacker simultaneously. I am really involved in social justice on campus, especially the Indigenous Student Alliance. I love cats and science fiction. I come from a big family so community and connections are important to me.

Free Fun in Duluth

I love exploring the city on the cheap. Some of the best fun I’ve had in Duluth has been completely free. Here are my top five destinations for free fun in and around Duluth.

  1. Park Point Nature Trail
    • Great hiking trails with wonderful views of old growth trees, lighthouse ruins, and cabins! This trail runs along the largest freshwater sandbar.
  2. Lester Park
    • Enjoy this small park for the hiking trail or the swimming hole.
  3. Enger Tower
    • This is a great place for a date destination. Climb the tower, enjoy the garden, or hike on the trail.
  4. Leif Erickson Park and Rose Gardens
    • Check out views of the lake and of roses, double score!
  5. The Aerial Lift Bridge and Canal Park
    • Walk along the canal, watch the lift bridge go up and down, and visit the Lake Superior Maritime Museum.
