    Connor's Bio:
    I am a Transfer Student at CSS. Previously I've been at Concordia St. Paul and University of Minnesota, Duluth. I'm engaged to a girl that got me to Scholastica. I love to write and read poetry, and want to be a Creative Writing Professor when I grow up. I think breakfast foods are the greatest and should be eaten at all meals. My favorite thing about St. Scholastica is how accessible everything is. The greatest feeling about that is coming up with a goal that you want at CSS and having the resources to reach it.

Great way to start the day.

Here is a little glimpse of cooking, “Connor Style”. I have to do the easy things, but they sure are delicious. This top picture is a little milk and creamer in the bottom bubble and then some coffee concentrate in the top bubble (coffee concentrate via Toddy Cold Brew). A delicious little shot of coffee to kickstart your morning!

Here is another wonderful and simple treat, I’m beginning to feel like this post is “pinterest(y)”, but still they are great. Take some cheese sticks, pepperoni, and crescent roles and combine them. Let it cook, and then profit! The little guys on the right are filled with chocolate and peanut butter. Yeah, they are great.
