    Bailey's Bio:
I am an Advertising and Public Relations major, minoring in Management and English. I grew up in Duluth and love the city, so I figured why not go to a college here? Lucky for me Duluth has The College of St. Scholastica. I enjoy the small campus size and the many great friends I have made throughout my three years here. The highlight of my time at CSS has been participating in the Ireland study abroad program. Im looking forward to my senior year and all the opportunities it may present.

I don’t usually go to the movie theater to watch movies, but recently I have gone twice to see Oz The Great and Powerful and The Call.  First I went to see Oz with a friend.  I usually think seeing movies in 3D is overrated and are just as good as the regular film effects, so I made us go to the 2D showing.  This may have been the wrong decision with this film, throughout the movie both of us were saying “Oh, that would have been cool in 3D”.

Second, last night I went to see The Call with three of my friends.  It was a good thing we were the only four people in the theater.  The Call was pretty intense throughout the entire film.  A few of us joked (not really joking) that we needed a 15 minute intermission during the middle just to catch our breath and calm down before finishing the movie.  We were also talking and yelling things throughout the movie, thinking that somehow we were helping the characters involved.  It would have been embarrassing if other people had been in the theater.  We all walked out to the parking lot on high alert making sure no one was going to kidnap us.
