    Brooke's Bio:
I came to Duluth because I love the city, and this small school has a home-like feel. I play volleyball here and have other interests in listening to music, being outdoors and hanging out with friends. I like to stay active as much as I can, and I don't think I'll have any problem finding something to do in this amazing city. After graduation, I want to enroll in CSS’ Physician Assistant graduate program.

Lake Superior

Today I was thinking about Lake Superior and how big it really is.  Like honestly, it’s huge, and I always forget about how big it is.  In Duluth, Lake Superior and the Canal region is a big tourist spot.  There are always people walking the boardwalk or traveling up the North Shore to see the many beautiful views of Lake Superior.  I have gone up the North Shore and walked the boardwalk and I don’t disagree about the pretty view.  It is always colder down by the lake then up at CSS because of the lake effect.  The lake creates a cool breeze, and it seems that it is always cold.  Our volleyball team does water workouts in Lake Superior for preseason, and although it’s freezing cold, it’s very relaxing.  Just thought I would share my thoughts about the wonderful Lake Superior today 🙂
