    Brooke's Bio:
I came to Duluth because I love the city, and this small school has a home-like feel. I play volleyball here and have other interests in listening to music, being outdoors and hanging out with friends. I like to stay active as much as I can, and I don't think I'll have any problem finding something to do in this amazing city. After graduation, I want to enroll in CSS’ Physician Assistant graduate program.

Dance Cardio

Tonight was the first night of the Dance Cardio fitness class.  I was really looking forward to it because I love dancing.  I was a dancer up until 8th grade.  The class is at 6 pm on Thursday nights and it was SO MUCH FUN.  The best part is that you can go however slow or fast that you want.  If you really want to, you can go super hard and be really intense, and nobody will judge because it’s a dance class.  The instructor likes to jam really loud to music, which is my favorite thing when I workout.  It’s more of a hip hop dance class so it’s a lot of jumping and stuff like that.  I thought it was a really good replacement for cardio and I’m super excited to go to the other classes.  It is definitely something I will be doing again.
