Gym Partner
Getting a good workout everyday while attending college and working is a great way to improve management skills and to stay in shape. However, it is not always easy to self motivate oneself to get a good work out because of that very same reason of being busy. For instance, personally, i would choose to take a nap rather than exercise at times. The nap would be scheduled for only fifteen minutes but I would wake up two hours. In fact, I would wake up even more tired and sleepy than prior to the nap. Motivating myself to work out is not easy for me. To solve this, me and my roommate are beginning to head to the gym every evening. I recommend having a partner to at least head to the gym together. Not necessarily work out together but motivate each other to get to the gym. With this habit, I have been able to feel much more energized and am getting my work done much quicker.
