    Amanda's Bio:
I grew up in the Twin Cities, but now live up in Ely, MN near the BWCA, where my family has been for the last 7 years. I have three brothers, who I adore, and I enjoy fishing, playing basketball, and rough housing with them whenever I can. My mom has been a daycare provider since I was born, which served as inspiration for me to pursue a degree in Elementary education. I also love to paint, draw, and DANCE! I have been dancing for twenty years and am a dance instructor in Superior, WI....I can't imagine a life without it!

Sunday happy Sunday

I think we all know how important Sundays are for school survival, whether just starting out as a freshman or a grad student.  Everyone uses them to catch up on the homework and projects that we had every intention of doing on Saturday….but never end up doing for the sake of fun.  Today, I absolutely soaked up my Sunday time before the weekday grind.

  • Woke up around 9:00….and then again at 9:15.
  • Went to the grocery store to pick up food for the week…although it probably won’t last the whole week!
  • Got home, equipped with an extra large cup of coffee, ready to do homework
  • Realized that the Vikes were playing….
  • After being transfixed for an hour or so, decided that I should really do my work
  • Start reading a chapter for class
  • After 4 pages, decide that I am hungry
  • End up cleaning my kitchen…since it’s “dirty”
  • Sit down to choose performance music for my dance classes tomorrow
  • Play on Itunes for an hour and buy the latest hits…
  • Realize that it is now six…and I have really not completed a thing…
