Ras are gonna help set some of the events and run them. It's always a lot of fun! There is a parade which contains the major clubs and organization on campus. Everyone compete to be the most innovative and creative for the parade. Before the parade, there is the Tailgate party where there is different kinds of food and music. It's the occasion to to take lots of pictures. We also have a homecoming game. Our football team will go against another team and all the students come to support them wearing the school's apparel and colors. At the end there will be a dance put on by the college. Today I would like to talk to you guys about the School of Business and Technology Club. When you will go to Saint-Scholastica, there will be dozens of exciting clubs to join. Today I would like to talk about the Business and technology club more specifically. It's a club that focuses on lessons and advice for students in majors in the School Business and Technology. However any students from any majors are welcome as their lessons are applicable to all majors. During the weekly meeting they will talk about how to prepare for an interview, how to prepare and make a successful elevator pitch, LinkedIn and Handshake sessions to have an attractive profile for employers. They also have this big event every year called the Fish Bowl. It is basically like Shark Tank, every day student of the school can participate and present their marketable item in front of a panel composed of professors and duluth business owners. You can participate too if you have a good idea!

Hi all! If you have not been to Duluth before and is wondering whatyou could visit, consider going to Enger Park and Enger Tower. The park is beautiful, full of different flowers of all colors and trees. I would suggest going to Enger Tower. The tower posseses a spiral staircase that goes to the top. From there you can see the whole city of Duluth from all four cardinal points. There are multiple pairs of binoculars to improve the experience. This picture shows Enger tower from the outside. The other picture shows in Enger Park: the Peace Bell. It's an American-Japanese gift from Duluth's city sister Ohara-Isumi. It has a incredible view on Duluth as well and is a beautiful piece of architecture. It's vey common to see weddings happenning there. Those two places are places visited often by the saints at Saint-Scholastica. It's a must see in this city!

Last semester, I had a class where I helped in theatre. If you want a class with arts or you need arts credit, I recommend that class. It's called practicum theatre students. During that class, I helped buiding the set of the plays that went on during the semester. There are two plays during the semester. I learned a lot about electric tools and painting. It was very energizing, I prefered that class because I was doing something interesting instead of a traditional class. I learned how to use a bolt pistol, different saws, and an electric screwdriver. In addition, I ushered for two plays which means I collected the tickets after people bought them. There is also the option of managing the lights or soundboard during the plays. This position will only require you to be there at reharsals and shows. You also get to see the actors and all the behind the scenes of the play! The crew, staff and actors are all super nice and great company.
