    Hi, I am a junior here at St. Scholastica studying Biology. I just returned from studying abroad in New Zealand. I have loved living in Duluth and attending St. Scholastica so far. After St. Scholastica I hope to go to graduate school for environmental science. When I’m not studying you can find me hanging out with my friends around campus, working at Storm’s, or anywhere outside. I try to go up the North Shore and hike around Lake Superior when I have free time.

This week in plant systematics we have a fruit lab! Our professor brought in fresh fruit to learn about different physiology you see in fruit. After we finished, she let us split up the leftover fruit! I was able to take home some peppers and tomatoes for dinner.
