    Alexa's Bio:
I was born and raised in the Twin Ports area and am the youngest of five kids. I always wait until the last minute to do really important things (bad habit). In my spare time I love to dance and was on the Dance Team here at CSS.

Talent Show Dress Rehearsal

Today we had our dress rehearsal for the Talent Show. All of the acts that are performing in the show had to be there to run through their acts a couple of times. The Dance Team cannot compete in the talent show for the prize, but that’s okay, because we just want to perform as much as possible. We had a blast tonight preparing for our performances tomorrow and Saturday, and our parade routine. It’s going to be a fun-filled weekend, and I can’t wait to get it underway! The talent show is tomorrow at 7 PM and put on by the Student Alumni Association. I am so excited to perform, and the butterflies are starting to make their appearance, so I know it’s getting real! Especially because this is a routine that was choreographed by myself and my co-captain, so there’s a lot riding on it for me personally. Even if we mess up, it’ll be okay because I just want us to do our best and have fun! We were a little crazy at practice today, but I think that’s the fun about the night before a performance. We also had to practice in a classroom in science because the BWC was closed due to the inauguration of our new president, Dr. Geary. I am honored to be a part of this monumental, history-making event, and I know that this weekend will be one for the books!
