    Alexa's Bio:
I was born and raised in the Twin Ports area and am the youngest of five kids. I always wait until the last minute to do really important things (bad habit). In my spare time I love to dance and was on the Dance Team here at CSS.

Survived the first week!

I survived the first week of classes, yay! Even though it was only four days, it felt loooooong. Trying to get back into my schedule has been quite the struggle, but I hope to get it together within this next week. A typical day for me is getting up (WAY TOO) early to work at 8 am, then I work an hour or two depending on if it’s Monday or Tuesday, go to class, have lunch, go back to work, and then back to class. On Monday, Wednesday’s, and Fridays I typically work again until about 4:30. I usually am gone all day, but that’s okay! Things will only get busier when dance practice starts next week! I’m really excited about this year, but nervous at the same time. Some of my upper level classes are going to be a lot of work and a lot of reading, but I knew that was coming being that I’m an English Major. One thing I wish I could do over was switching my major as soon as I knew I wanted to do English because right now I have a nursing advisor. Luckily I’m getting on top of it right now and meeting with David Bauman on Monday to get everything sorted out. For now I’m just going to relax and hangout with my friends because we all survived our first week!!
