Super Bowl Party

Last year my roommate and I made a bunch of food for our friends to share during the super bowl. This year, we decided to do the same, and having more dishes and better access to a kitchen has made it much more convenient to cook! Last year we had to use the shared kitchen, and we didn’t have a lot of cookware to work with, but this time around we had everything we needed and everyone is absolutely stuffed! We all pitched in and made it more like a pot luck, but I definitely made the most food because of all of those ridiculous, mesmerizing food videos that you can find while scrolling on your Facebook feed. It has been a relaxing Sunday with a late breakfast, and unhealthy snack food for dinner. That’s okay, though, because I only eat like this once in a while. Tomorrow it’ll be salmon for dinner! After everyone leaves and we get the mess cleaned up, it’s back to reality and I’ve gotta catch up on homework and get ready for four classes tomorrow. Overall it’s been a great weekend and I hope the week is good, too!
