Productive Weekend and Productive Day

This weekend was a good one that I spent dividing my team between homework, friends, and family. On Saturday, I met with my group that had to do a huge presentation today. We finished our PowerPoint, and went over who was talking about what. Then, I did a lot of errands and got groceries, made a few returns, and bought a gift for my nephews golden birthday which was celebrated at The Edge in Duluth. It was a lot of fun to swim with all my nieces and nephews, and then come home, shower, meet with my group again to practice, and then do more homework. Breaking up my homework and not doing it all on Friday or all on Sunday was pretty nice because that way I did not feel overwhelmed. I got done what I needed to, and now I am just finishing up some laundry and a short reading. Unfortunately I was gone from 8 am to 8 pm today because I had dinner with a friend and worked out right after, but I feel good with where I am at (and very ready for bed). Tomorrow will be a busy day as well, but I would much rather have things to do then just sit around feeling lazy. The semester goes much quicker that way!
