In bed before midnight? What?

For the first time since classes started I am laying in my bed before midnight, and it feels sooooo good. This past week has been crazy busy with all the things that needed to be done. Today I had to prepare to lead a class with a partner, and it was really stressful because we only had a day to do it, but we went in there confident that we knew our stuff, and once it was done I felt like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders! Except that was only to be replaced by another one from my American Literature class. We were asked to write a poetry response from a selection of poems that the professor gave us, and, even though I am an English Major, poetry is not my strong suit. But I did the very best I could and I am going to turn it in tomorrow. I don’t feel very confident about it, but in hoping that after I get some feedback and do it over and over again I will have a better idea what is expected and normal. I’m so excited to be in bed right now! Granted I did have to say goodnight to my to-do list that isn’t finished, but I can’t even keep my eyes open anymore, so it’s time for me to hit the hay. I’m hoping that this weekend I will be able to get some stuff done, but also relax because that is not something that I have really had a chance to do at all this week!
