I was born and raised in the Twin Ports area and am the youngest of five kids. I always wait until the last minute to do really important things (bad habit). In my spare time I love to dance and was on the Dance Team here at CSS.

Getting Ready for the School Year

Today will be a day of getting my pesty to-do list a little bit smaller. I remember my freshman year I had 4,000 different lists each with different things on them to make sure I turned in all my right paperwork, signed up for the right classes, paid my tuition bill on time, and bought all the right books. Luckily, some of that stuff I only had to do once (like immunization records), but other things I have to do every single time. I am trying to create one list, and just check things off as I go. Today, I have managed to order my books, provide proof of health insurance, sign up for a meal plan, sign up for a parking permit, and I am planning on running to target to buy school supplies and groceries… Not bad for it only being 11 AM! There is still a lot to do to prepare for Dance Camp, though. My co-captain and I are struggling a little bit especially because we aren’t even in the same city right now. But, I know that we will get our homecoming dance choreographed and our camp planned. I am so excited to finally have everyone back in Duluth! It’s going to be a great year!
