G Eazy Comes to Duluth

Today, some people from UMD were selling G Eazy tickets at CSS in the student union. The tickets only cost $20 for the concert which is on April 1. I was shocked that they were that cheap, and the concert is at the DECC I believe, which is really close. It’s pretty convenient for us CSS folk to not have to take the trip (even though it’s just down the road) to UMD to go buy the tickets. So, I got my money together, and walked down to buy them, but then I decided against it. Even though it was only $20, I don’t think it’s worth the money for me. I’ve never been to a concert, but I know that they will just be packed with sweaty people, and I don’t even listen to G Eazy’s music so I’m not sure if I like his songs! If anything, I would be going to just have the college experience of going to a concert with some fellow college students, which I guess is a good enough reason. However, I think I should wait for a different concert with an artist I would be more interested in. Even if it’s more money, if I’m gonna fight those crowds, then it should be for something I’m interested in!

I also saw that Snowball tickets are available in the student union too! Dressing up with my friends and looking all fresh & fancy was a blast last year, so I hope I can remember money so I get a chance to do it again this year!!
