I was born and raised in the Twin Ports area and am the youngest of five kids. I always wait until the last minute to do really important things (bad habit). In my spare time I love to dance and was on the Dance Team here at CSS.

Freshman Year is Over

Well, the finals are finished, my room is packed, and I am finally done with my freshman year of college… I can’t believe it!! I have had the most amazing experience and met some really awesome people. My last final was finished yesterday, and I just moved out of my Suite today. My mom came and helped me load all of my stuff, and my car was packed top to bottom, so it’s a good thing she did for the extra room! After we finished packing the cars, we went to Kohls and met my sister and her three kids, and then we all went out for lunch at Olive Garden. It was a great day, but kind of bittersweet! It felt really weird to pack up almost 9 months of my life and say goodbye to my room. I know I’ll be back in just a few short months, but it won’t be the same as it was coming here for freshman year. It’ll be like coming home. CSS has definitely become my home, I don’t even want to unpack in my room because it doesn’t seem real. Am I really on SUMMER vacation?! What?! I hope that next year I make an effort to meet even more amazing people than I did this year. I have only three years left, and I hope to make the most out of each and every one of them!
