I was born and raised in the Twin Ports area and am the youngest of five kids. I always wait until the last minute to do really important things (bad habit). In my spare time I love to dance and was on the Dance Team here at CSS.

Dance-Filled Weekend

The basketball team had their biggest game of the year last Saturday, and the bleachers were packed when the Dance Team had their final performance. I think it went off without a hitch, and it was so much fun to look at all the familiar faces while I was dancing. I even saw some people that I graduated high school with, so that was exciting! Then, after our performance, we all rallied our partners and got ready for the Guy/Girl Dance at the girls game. A lot of people came to watch, and there was lots of laughter from the crowd which is what we were aiming for! The costumes were hilarious, the songs were fun, and the dance was even better! Tonight is our dance banquet, and we have to say goodbye to our senior captain, Jen. She is one of my best friends I made on the team, and I really don’t know what I am going to do without her. Luckily she will be in Duluth for at least the summer, so I will be able to see her some more. I also find out if I will be captain for the upcoming season, fingers crossed! It has been a great season, and I am already looking forward to the next!
