    Alejandra's Bio:
I am a freshman international student with thirst of knowledge and fun new experiences! I chose economics as a major since I’d love to see the world though a different perspective. Every decision we make involves an economic concept! I am anxious to see what this first year will bring (specially the cold winters!). In the future I would like to go to law school but more importantly, to feel happy with what I accomplish during these four upcoming years <3

Thanksgiving dinner

Today the GDR was fancy and all dressed up for the annual thanksgiving dinner that is hosted for all the students of our college. We had the opportunity to go and spend time with our Dignitas classmates. Since it’s my first year here in Duluth and celebrating Thanksgiving I was really excited on getting to experience everything. It was even more special since today was the first snow day of the year! We had, as usual, turkey, gravy and more traditional food. Aside from eating we also gathered and just had some fun as we talked and hung out with our friends like a big family. I would lie if I say i don’t miss my parents and sisters but the truth is that I feel truly blessed of being here and of sharing these memorable experiences with this amazing people.
