    Alejandra's Bio:
I am a freshman international student with thirst of knowledge and fun new experiences! I chose economics as a major since I’d love to see the world though a different perspective. Every decision we make involves an economic concept! I am anxious to see what this first year will bring (specially the cold winters!). In the future I would like to go to law school but more importantly, to feel happy with what I accomplish during these four upcoming years <3

Sushi night!

A great way to have fun on weekends in a healthy and creative way is to gather around with friends and cook. You can always come up with new and different ideas. Tonight we decided to do a sushi night here on campus. Even though it was the first time ever making sushi for a lot of my friends, it resulted to be a very productive evening. We did crab and shrimp sushi! What I liked the most was being able to share some of what I know with my friends and just help them make their own sushi with the ingredients they wanted. Plans like this one are truly valuable now that the snow is starting to fall just like the temperature and we need fun ways to keep us interested inside our homes.
