    Tayler's Bio:
My name is Tayler and I was an English major/biology minor at the College of St. Scholastica! I have lived in Duluth all of my life so I know all the best local restaurants and hiking trails. On campus, I was involved with The Cable, Bella Voce, the Northstar Reports, the McNair Scholars Program, Student Support Services, and the English & Arts Club. Off campus, I volunteered with Mentor Duluth and enjoy throwing theme parties with friends and family.

Still I Rise Mural

The St. Scholastica Art Department is working on a beautiful mural to donate to Safe Haven when we host our annual Still I Rise Fundraiser. Safe Haven is a local women’s shelter that helps women and children overcome situations of domestic violence. The Bella Voce select women’s choir hosts the Still I Rise Concert as a fundraiser for Safe Haven and as a way to raise awareness about their services. This year the art department wanted to be a part of the cause and we couldn’t be more excited. The mural will be given at the end of the concert Saturday, April 8th. We hope to see you there!
