    Tayler's Bio:
My name is Tayler and I was an English major/biology minor at the College of St. Scholastica! I have lived in Duluth all of my life so I know all the best local restaurants and hiking trails. On campus, I was involved with The Cable, Bella Voce, the Northstar Reports, the McNair Scholars Program, Student Support Services, and the English & Arts Club. Off campus, I volunteered with Mentor Duluth and enjoy throwing theme parties with friends and family.

Mardi Gras!

Had fun celebrating Fat Tuesday with a Mardi Gras party at the Newman house near campus. There was tons of free food, party favors, and a Polaroid photo booth. The Newman house is dedicated to providing a space for college students to worship and to volunteer their time and energy to help the community. While they are a Catholic group, they welcome students of all denominations and are very friendly to new visitors. I have only attended a few events and services but have always had a good time despite not coming from a very religious background.
