Hello from Dublin!

One of the great things about the London Study Abroad program is that we have our weekends free to travel nearby. Yes, Dublin, Ireland is considered nearby to London! We left this morning at 3:30am and took an Uber to the airport. Our flight was 1.5 hours and we’ve since spent the day exploring Dublin. There is a LOT of construction going on right now so we got mixed up and turned around several times and unfortunately some of the places we wanted to visit were closed because of it too. There was a lot of interesting statues and street art that portrayed famous people from Ireland such as James Joyce and many athletic celebrities. Mostly though, we just spent a lot of time walking and a lot of time eating. If something cool happens tomorrow I’ll report back to you but for now I am absolutely exhausted and need to catch some sleep.
