The Final Interview

The real world seems really scary. Next week, on March 9, I have a major interview with Target executives to discuss possibly hiring me for a Executive Team Leader position. To say the least, I am nervous. I didn’t realize how real it was until I received a confirmation email from them. I am confident in my abilities to gather all the great things I have learned here for a Target interview.

If there is any of you who are nervous about a potential interview, the best thing to do is, be yourself. Be able to answer possible questions with clarity but also confidence. In my opinion, the best experience needed for a job takes place away from work-life. Here on this campus, I’ve had many jobs, but the greatest moments of growth happened during extreme stress and insecurity.
