Allow Yourself To Be Stressed

Firstly, I love blogging. It’s so therapeutic. I come here towards the end of the night to rant or talk about my insecurities. I know we live in the age where it is acceptable and almost encouraged to air your personal business for monetary value. But I come here to have a voice that isn’t silent. I like using my platform to inspire others to feel powerful. I want others to feel like they belong and that they can challenge any demons they may have in life.

I suffer from anxiety, something that I have delt with all my life. It’s not fair, but my life is still very beautiful. There are days when I simply do not want to go to school, or work, or interact with people in general. My heart rushes, I get bogged down with details and fill stuck. And alot of the times, I feel very stressed.

I even felt stress with high school. I honestly don’t know how I passed high school. But, I’m here to tell you that it is normal to feel stressed. If you are stressed, that means you care. People who are lazy, or people who don’t care, are not stressed with all these details about life. When you are stressing, that means you care enough about your life to make it through.
