Trying to Eat Healthy?

I’ve been trying to eat healthier lately, but I struggle finding food that I think tastes good and is healthy. My main problem is I am not a vegetable person, but I have started liking salads and have been playing with seasonings on healthier foods.

One of the things I tried was zucchini noodle chicken Alfredo! It was super easy to make. The zucchini noodles came pre-packaged from SuperOne and took only a few minutes to cook, then I just added the sauce and cooked chicken, paired it with a Cesar salad and a glass of milk! Yum!

One way I try to find recipes is on Pinterest. I started a board that contained recipes that I thought were on the healthier spectrum, were easy to make (especially eating for one), and that wasn’t going to cost too much! Also, WellU is a great resource for healthy living for college students!
